Submissions – Giyat: Education Science Journal

Giyat: Education Science welcomes the submission of original scholarly articles that align with the journal’s focus and scope in the field of education science. Manuscripts must be written in English, demonstrate academic rigor, and contribute to the advancement of educational knowledge, theory, or practice.


1. Submission Process

Authors are required to submit their manuscripts electronically through the journal’s official online submission system available on the Giyat: Education Science website. Submissions via email are not accepted unless specifically requested by the editorial office.

Before submission, authors should ensure that their manuscripts:

  • Follow the journal’s Author Guidelines and formatting requirements.

  • Contain original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere.

  • Include all required sections: title, abstract, keywords, main text, references, and author information.


2. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be prepared using the journal’s official template, available for download on the website. The document must be typed in a clear academic style, properly referenced (APA 7th edition), and free from grammatical or typographical errors.

Each manuscript must include the following components:

  • Title (concise and informative)

  • Author(s) and affiliation(s)

  • Abstract (150–250 words) and Keywords (3–5 words)

  • Introduction

  • Research Methods

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • References


3. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial screening by the editorial team, followed by a double-blind peer review conducted by at least two reviewers. Authors will be notified of the editorial decision, which may include acceptance, revision, or rejection.


4. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Currently, Giyat: Education Science does not charge any submission or publication fees, as part of its commitment to promoting open and accessible academic publishing.


5. Copyright and Licensing

By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to publish under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), retaining copyright while allowing others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution.
